Thank You to Our Health Centers

The world is facing a troubling time as COVID-19, a novel coronavirus, spreads around the globe. We are facing many challenges across the United States: social distancing, isolating at home, learning how to work at home with our kids simultaneously demanding our attention, and trying to find toilet paper.

You, our clients, are at the front lines of caring for the most vulnerable patients. Not only does this include protecting yourselves and your centers from COVID-19, but also continuing to care for the most vulnerable patients with unwavering compassion.

You are faced with the medical challenges of monitoring your panels for those most at risk and testing those who come in with symptoms. The social determinants of health issues your patients face are complicated and made more so with the challenges of COVID-19.

How do you minimize risk in the homeless population? How do you provide care to those who cannot risk taking public transportation to get to you? How quickly can you set up telehealth services? We know you are among the most innovative and creative of care providers and are answering these and many other questions with fervor as you work to provide high quality care for all your patients.

Everyone here at Azara Healthcare wants you to know how much we appreciate all that you are doing to care for the most vulnerable among us. We are here for you and are working hard to continue to support you in your work. Below you will find some tools that might help you through this journey.

Please stay safe out there.
