Leading Population Health and Value-Based Software Company Poised for Significant Growth
Azara Healthcare, a leading provider of population health and value-based care solutions today announced the addition of two proven executives to the company. George McGovern will assume the role of Vice President of Finance and Charlene Grasso joins the company as its Director of Human Resources.
George McGovern comes to Azara with a long career in all aspects of finance for small and medium size companies, most recently at MedTouch (now Perfecient) a digital transformation consultancy focused on health systems. Mr. McGovern, an experienced Finance leader, will lead Azara’s financial and reporting infrastructure.
Charlene Grasso joins Azara from Cambridge Consultants, a global product development and technology consultancy firm, where she oversaw all HR functions, growing from 20 to 120 employees during her 10-year tenure. Ms. Grasso will direct all aspects of Azara’s Human Resource functions, with a particular focus on recruiting and supporting the company’s rapidly growing employee base.
