Azara Healthcare Partners with Artera to Expand Patient Engagement Capabilities

Partnership Furthers Provider-To-Patient Connections and Enhances Reach of Azara’s Patient Outreach Product

Azara Healthcare, the 2023 and 2024 Best in KLAS Population Health Management and value-based care platform, today announces the launch of an integration partnership with Artera, the SaaS digital health leader in patient communications. Azara Healthcare and Artera have partnered to offer federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and physician practices a joint solution that leverages and amplifies the strengths of each company: Azara’s population health analytics and reporting capabilities and Artera’s robust patient communications platform—to more effectively engage underserved communities.

FQHCs and physician practices utilizing the Artera platform can now take advantage of the power of Azara’s Patient Outreach (APO) solution which simplifies and automates the delivery of commonly used patient outreach campaigns for things like Well Child Visits or A1C testing, by leveraging the data and analytics capabilities of Azara DRVS.

The Azara/Artera partnership enables practices to:

  • Harness the communication strengths of the Artera patient communications platform—hospital-enabled phone number, omni-channel messaging including the use of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and sentiment analysis—to effectively engage patient populations alongside the rich insights and quality improvement analytics of Azara DRVS.
  • Build campaigns for specific patient cohorts using Azara Patient Outreach (APO) and seamlessly deliver those communications via Artera’s communications platform.
  • Pair Azara’s “Set It and Forget It” automated programs, which reduce the time and effort necessary for campaign setup and operations, with Artera’s easy-to-use staff console to significantly reduce staff workload for outreach and follow-up.
  • Monitor and track efficacy of each campaign; leverage data-driven insights to optimize patient communication strategy and improve patient outcomes.

“We are very excited to partner with Artera, further expanding patient engagement opportunities to our shared clients,” said Jeff Brandes, President & CEO of Azara Healthcare. ”As we shift toward value-based care, staff efficiency and care gap closure become a primary focus in improving quality and the health of patient populations. Having a seamless integration between Azara DRVS and Artera enables organizations to effectively utilize patient data and track and measure outreach efforts.”
