Please join us for Part 2 of our review of the 10 key areas a Health Center or practice should consider when thinking about partnering with a 3rd party in Value-Based Care arrangement. The session will continue to review the reasons to consider partnering with an enabler or other 3rd party, how do you determine if the agreement is right for you, how do you create a win-win situation for all involved, what does each party need to bring to ensure success and how will data sharing be accomplished. 

The first session provided an overview of the Enabler space and shared the perspective of Brandon Clark from Equality Health and Joseph Grise of the Mississippi PCA on their experiences in partnering in Value Based Care Agreements. During Part 2 of this panel discussion Russ Kolski will share his perspective as a former CIN Director followed by a question-and-answer session from attendees with all panel members.
