DRVS Bootcamp: Understanding the Essentials

Are you new to DRVS and looking to harness its full potential for patient care, population health, and performance improvement? This hands-on workshop is designed specifically for new DRVS users, equipping you with the foundational skills and confidence needed to leverage data effectively for operational and clinical success. Through interactive exercises and real-world applications, participants will explore core DRVS tools, including measures, registries, filters, and groupings. Working alongside peers and Azara experts, you'll analyze data trends, identify solutions to common challenges, and develop strategies tailored to your organization's needs. Expect a dynamic learning experience that blends guided instruction, collaborative problem-solving, and networking opportunities. By the end of the workshop, you'll gain practical insights, actionable takeaways, and a deeper understanding of how DRVS can drive meaningful improvements in your healthcare setting. Note: To maximize the value of this workshop, we recommend that participants be from practices fully implemented onto DRVS. > Register now

The Quality Directors Toolbelt

Let’s transcend the conversation of data, exploring the breadth of what an integrated data platform can do to improve quality, promote change, and reduce clinical and administrative burdens. Join us for a hands-on workshop designed specifically for Quality Improvement Leads who want to foster robust use of their organization’s data, maximize DRVS capabilities, and explore innovative ideas for utilization. This workshop caters to those established in their DRVS use and who are ready to elevate their DRVS expertise and fill up their “QI toolbelt” beyond traditional or mandated reporting. Explore the creative use of DRVS to engage all levels and departments within your organization - from peer review for providers to utilizing custom dashboards and scorecards to support data visualization for your board or QI Committee. Attendees will have the opportunity to follow along using their own organizational data, apply skills learned in real time, and share best practices with DRVS users across the country. At the end of the workshop, participants will have a greater understanding of how DRVS can be integrated into their organizational ecosystem to promote data-driven change. > Register now

Assessing Access to Care: Data-Informed Strategies to Advance Health Outcomes for All

Nonclinical factors account for up to 80% of an individual’s health outcomes. They are a driving force behind the disparities in health outcomes we observe today, imploring healthcare organizations to enhance their ability to consistently and systematically gather and act on this information. While many practices are eager to move beyond token support and fully integrate these efforts, the path forward remains unclear. In this workshop, participants will hear from experts on health disparities, learn from peers who have faced similar organizational changes, and explore how to use data to gain support and ensure long-term sustainability. Using a change management model, attendees will identify disparities within their patient populations, develop a data strategy to gain insights into current initiatives, evaluate the impact of interventions, and adopt strategies to sustain equitable health outcomes for all. > Register now

Growing VBC Capabilities with the Azara Solution Suite

Value-based care (VBC) is rapidly transforming the healthcare landscape, with increasing participation from Center for Medicare & Mediaid Services (CMS), Medicaid, and commercial payers. This workshop begins with an overview of the VBC market, including its current state and the essential elements needed to maximize success. We'll explore the critical roles of a robust data strategy and payer partnerships in navigating this complex environment.   Through a detailed case study featuring a Clinically Integrated Network with three VBC contracts and the full Azara data ecosystem, collaborate with peers to develop a strategy for leveraging the Azara platform to implement VBC across multiple contracts. Come ready to share your current strategies on topics such as member attribution, risk re-capture, cost management, care management, utilization and care gap closure. Leave equipped with a set of best practices to grow your VBC capabilities and achieve success in this evolving healthcare landscape. > Register now
