Training and Adoption Specialist

The Training and Adoption Specialist at Azara Healthcare is responsible for providing support to clients in the effective training and adoption of the DRVS population health tool, ensuring they are well-equipped with the core knowledge and skills necessary to use the tool to its full potential. Primary focus will be on practices and users that are new to DRVS. The role requires a proactive, client-focused individual with a passion for teaching and using technology for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Interactive Training Sessions: Deliver interactive group and individual training sessions for clients who have recently implemented the DRVS population health tool.
  • Client Support: Provide hands-on support to clients during training sessions, ensuring they understand how to use the DRVS tool effectively.
  • Facilitate Engagement: Ensure training sessions are engaging and interactive, encouraging client participation and questions.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from training participants to understand their learning experience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use feedback to make continuous improvements to training materials and methods. Assist in the collection of monthly delivery stats.
  • Training Materials: Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, including playbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and computer tutorials.
  • Documentation: Document training sessions and track participant progress.
  • Coordinate with Team: Work closely with the Adoption and Training Program lead for direction and priorities. Provide support to the Clinical Transformation and Production Adoption Services team and collaborate with Delivery Solutions and the product team to as needed.
  • Client Follow-up: Conduct follow-up sessions with clients to reinforce training and provide additional support as needed.

Other Duties

  • Local and out-of-state travel as needed

  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse client base.
  • Teaching and Facilitation Skills: Ability to teach and facilitate training sessions effectively, making them interactive and engaging.
  • Feedback Utilization: Ability to collect, analyze, and utilize feedback for continuous improvement of training sessions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and documentation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using multimedia tools and computer applications for delivering training sessions.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A client-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed with the DRVS tool.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, healthcare administration, operation research, public health administration, education/training or another related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field
  • Some experience in a training or educational role is preferred but not required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to act as a team player; sharing information willingly and accurately
  • The ability to convert verbal requirements into working solutions.
