Azara is looking for an Application Support Specialist to be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day application support of existing customers of the DRVS Analytical and Reporting solution.
You will be responsible for walking customers through the process of achieving their goal with the software, whether the problem relates to a user error, a bug or something else entirely. The Application Support Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining the productive customer relationship and identifying those that need extra attention through our Designated Support Account program.
