VP of Engineering
Patrick Crowley has spent the last 25+ years in the high technology industry, leading engineering teams as large as 50 people and bringing a variety of innovative products to market. Patrick joined Azara Healthcare in 2015 after serving as the Executive Director of Engineering at Scholastic, where he oversaw product development and delivery for more than 16 unique educational products that represented in excess of $200 Million in revenue. Prior to Scholastic, Patrick was the Vice President of Engineering for Everyscape, where he was responsible for engineering, IT, operations and client support. He led the development of online (SaaS) tools allowing third parties to easily create virtual tours from digital images. He also managed key relationships with US government entities. During his tenure, Everyscape was able to reduce the cost of completing individual projects by nearly 93%, while shortening delivery times from 8 day to 2 days.
He joined EveryScape in 2008 after serving as Senior Director of Engineering for ChoiceStream where he led the engineering team as they developed the technology to deliver dynamic, personalized display ads, email and ecommerce product recommendations for major brands such as Overstock.com, Borders, Blockbuster, Tesco and AT&T.
Prior to ChoiceStream, Patrick served as the Director of Development at eRoom and continued to lead that team through two separate acquisitions (first acquired by Documentum and then by EMC). Prior to his tenure at eRoom, Patrick was a Principal Software Engineer at Avid and a software engineer at a several small start-ups, primarily programming in C++.
