Christopher Neal has been involved in large-scale data reporting and analytics programs with both Payer and Provider institutions throughout his career. He helped form Azara Healthcare in 2012 to promote the importance of Data Reporting and Analytics as a key element to journeying down the path of practice transformation. Chris has extensive experience expanding state and nationwide health information technology programs to improve the overall health of America’s most high-risk populations.
Prior to Azara, Chris was with a boutique healthcare consulting firm where he grew their Community Health business by focusing on multi-year strategic roadmaps that helped his clients address the challenges of Healthcare Reform. He has been heavily involved in the launch of new programs, such as Regional Extension Centers, Patient Centered Health Home initiatives, as well as several statewide data initiatives. Christopher holds a dual degree in English and Economics from Union College.
